When do I pay for my sessions?

Payment for coaching sessions are due at the time of booking. Session fees can be paid by: PayPal and all major credit cards. All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the selected session time.

Cancellations and session time changes must be done at least 24 hours in advance, or a fee will be incurred as a professional time commitment has been designated specifically for you. If you cancel prior to 24 hours, you will be refunded the cost of your session.

why is there a $25 fee for the free consultation?

In order to secure your 30 minute consultation time slot, a REFUNDABLE $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded to you upon your on-time attendance to the consultation meeting. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation time. Failing to do so you agree to forfeit the deposit, as a professional time commitment has been designated specifically for you.

Running Late?

Things happen, if you are running late to your consultation appointment, please communicate. Please note only a 10 minute grace period will be given. Unfortunately if your tardiness runs more than 10 minutes, you will need to reschedule and your $25 deposit will be forfeited.

Does npowered llc accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance for coaching sessions.

Can I have my session in person?

As much as we would love to see your beautiful smile in person, we are not accepting in person coaching sessions at the moment. Instead, technology allows the flexibility and freedom of virtually meeting in a quiet area of your home or office, away from all distractions. We kindly ask that you do not schedule your sessions and multi-task by doing general housekeeping, eating, driving, actively working on a computer, supervising children, scrolling on social media, or any other task. Yes, these are real examples. The expectation is that during our session, you are sitting still in a secured location, just as you would if we were meeting in person in an office.
